Her Journey to Healing

From community health nursing to psychiatric care, Mary's mission has always been removing barriers to mental wellness.

My goal at Phases of Life Psychiatry is to bring awareness to the importance of maintaining mental wellness. This will be accomplished by breaking down barriers and removing stigmas associated with mental health and psychopharmacological interventions. By improving the wellness of individuals, I hope to improve families and communities by providing optimum care through personalized interventions and education.
